Dr. Amrish Patel, Dr. Mohamad Tawila, Dr. Abdul Bahrainwala, and Dr. Sherlyana Surja, offer over 50 years of combined experience and expertise in this field. We are board certified in Allergy & Immunology and on staff at William Beaumont Hospitals in Royal Oak and Troy. We specialize in the diagnosis and management of asthma, allergy and immune conditions such as allergic rhinitis , sinusitis, atopic dermatitis , food allergy, drug allergy, anaphylaxis , contact dermatitis, urticaria , angioedema , conjunctivitis, primary immunodeficiency syndromes and many others.

We help patients determine the causes and treatment for symptoms such as nasal congestion, sinus symptoms, ear and eye symptoms, shortness of breath, wheezing, headache, chronic cough, recurrent respiratory and other infections, skin rashes, hives and others.

Insurance And Payment Information

Allergy & Asthma Care PC accepts most major insurance plans. We participate with a wide range of PPO, HMO, and POS insurance plans. Please call our office for specific information regarding your particular insurance plan. You are responsible for charges that are not covered by your insurance, at the time of your appointment.

Your insurance company may require a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work with patients to set up a payment plan.

If you have questions regarding billing or which insurance plans we accept, please call us at our office phone number.

  • Actively participate with my doctor in planning my care

  • Communicate with your PCMH Care Physician about treatment plans, medications, test orders and test results including appropriate flow of patient care information.
  • Have an agreement with your PCMH Care Physician regarding who will have the lead responsibility for your care if a chronic disease exists.
