Mrs. Longoria brings over 40 years of nursing experience to our clinic. She recently retired from Wilford Hall Allergy Immunization Clinic at Lackland AFB. She bring years of knowledge and experience in the Allergy Department. You will see her in our clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays assisting our physicians to provide excellent care to our patients.

Christopher W Calabria Md
Christopher W. Calabria, M.D., is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. He completed his Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He served nine years in the United States Air Force as an Allergist and Pediatrician, and most recently worked in private practice in Maryland, where he was named a Family Favorite Allergist in 2012 by Chesapeake Family Magazine readers. He has published over 20 Allergy studies in major professional journals. He has been recognized by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology for outstanding research published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He is a co-author for the National Practice Parameter for Allergen Immunotherapy and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology board review book. He is a regular speaker at national allergy meetings in the areas of allergen immunotherapy and insect allergy. He also serves on the Editorial Board for the Annals of Allergy Asthma and Immunology Journal.
Dr. Calabria is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics and is a member of the American College and American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

While there are no known contraindications for patients on AIT, it is recommended that allergy immunotherapy patients do not receive the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours of their allergy injections. Be advised that we do not currently have Covid-19 vaccine available for patients, but we encourage you to receive your shot elsewhere if presented with the opportunity. We will provide an update if we receive vaccines in the future.

I had suffered for over 15 years with a horrible cough that would not go away, i had been to so many doctors/specialist, allergy test, all the doctors would say is that I had asthma, tried every inhaler/disk/rescue inhaler out there, nothing would help, decided to give a specialists one more try, thinking i had lung cancer. i went to see Dr.Diaz he did several test, and realized it was not asthma or allergies, he did an mri and immediatedly saw that my right sinus was blocked with polyps and referred me to Dr. Nau, who did surgery to remove them……..amazing, i have not the horrible cough since then…Dr.Diaz is amazing, friendly , and truly cares about his patients. i highly recommend him, thanks to him i can walk without getting exhausted, i can sleep through the night, i can breathe and i am no longer on any type of inhaler anymore, He gave me my life back after over 15 years of suffering.
I’ve seen Dr. Diaz for maybe going on four years now. The staff is so friendly. I love everyone there. They make it as easy as possible and they’ve always gone above and beyond to get me what I need, and doctor Diaz has taken great care of me since I’ve become his patient and I trust him very much. NP Trevino Garcia received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1988 from Baylor University. In 1991, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, and in 1994 received a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. She started her career in rural health, and over the past 26 years has provided care to many individuals in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Endocrinology, Allergy & Asthma, Hepatology, and Womens Health settings. She also has experience conducting VA disability exams. She began conducting clinical trials in 1999 as a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator, doing Phase I-IV clinical trials involving Hepatitis C, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohns, NASH, Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Womens Health, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Allergic Rhinitis, Asthma, Alzheimers Disease, Sinusitis, and vaccine developments. NP Trevino Garcia joined our team in October of 2020 and is very excited to help improve the lives of our patients!
